Unfortunately, Summer Camp 2020 has been cancelled due to COVID-19.
Summer is a time for making memories with friends and fun, but this is also a time where students can experience summer learning loss.
According to Johns Hopkins University, the effects of summer learning loss can result in nearly a three-month loss in grade-level equivalency in math and a two-month loss in grade-level equivalency in reading.
Summer Camp
Bayer Private School has developed a summer program that mitigates summer learning loss in an environment that offers all the fun and memories of a traditional summer camp. Our mornings are spent working on a curriculum that aims to bridge the summer learning gap. In the afternoons, our students rotate through a series of fun-filled activities including an arcade room, an indoor sports room, a movie room, a themed exploration room, and much, much more!
Bayer School’s Summer Camp offers extended hours for working parents who need to drop off their campers early or have them stay late and our camp is staffed by education professionals and teachers. Best of all, Bayer School’s camp is open to the general public! Your child does not have to be enrolled at Bayer Private School to attend.
